on Puerperal Eclampsia. In one of the issues of the B. M. J. or Lancet last year an article appeared strongly advocating nitroglycerine liypodermically and by the mouth, specially the former. One very severe case recovered in this hospital under this treatment. Delivery was effected as rapidly as possible. Mins. ii of a 1% Soln. of Nitroglycerine were injected every two or three hours. Chloroform was used as required.
